Balanced Diet

    In science, we have been looking at different types of food, and how much of each type of food we need in our diet.

         Can you make a menu for the day from these items? You do not have to use all of them.

    lunch veg,fruit,water,cheese,cheese sandwich

    dinner fish,veg,spaghetti,potato

    fruit and vegetables,they make us strong and
    do great thing to our body.

  3. dairy:cornflakes protein and veg and fruit:chicken carrots and bananas sugar: half a slice of cake. this is not what i always have every day but I think that is a good balanced diet to eat
